Who you buy from

Pencil Reply's Products are sold through Creem, our merchant of record. Creem sells you the Product, takes the payment, charges any sales tax or VAT and sends your receipt. Your card details go only to Creem, never to us.

Creem's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase, so they're worth a look: creem.io/buyer-terms.

What you get

Digital files you print at home, as each Product's page lists them. Nothing comes in the post. Each Product's page shows its price in US dollars, what's in it, what you need to use it and what it isn't, and previews of its real files.

Getting your files

The files are yours to download right after payment.

Refunds

Sales are final once the files are downloaded, because you see previews of the real files before you pay. If a file is missing, won't open, or isn't what the Product's page describes, write to support@pencilreply.com and we'll put it right. The refunds page says the same at a little more length.

Who can buy

You need to be old enough to make a purchase where you live.

The law

These terms are governed by the law of Wyoming, USA.
