The small print
Refunds
You see the real pages before you pay, so sales are final once you've downloaded. If something's wrong with a file, we put it right.
Before you buy
Every Product's page shows previews of its real files and lists what's in it. The Spelling Year's whole week 1 is free to print, all nine pages, so you can try a week at your table first.
Once you've downloaded
Sales are final once the files are downloaded, because you've seen previews of the real files before paying.
When something's wrong with a file
Write to support@pencilreply.com and we'll put it right if:
- a file is missing from your download,
- a file won't open,
- or a file isn't what the Product's page describes.
Say which Product it is and what you see. A screenshot helps if you have one.
Your receipt
Creem, our merchant of record, takes the payment and sends your receipt. Their Buyer Terms apply to the payment.
