Two addresses, so your note goes to the right place. Tell us which Product it's about and what you see, and we'll take it from there.
An order or the files
support@pencilreply.comA file missing from your download, one that won't open, or one that isn't what its Product's page describes. Write and we'll put it right.
Pages printing too small or cut off? Say whether your printer used Fit or Actual size, and on which paper.
Anything else
hello@pencilreply.comA question before you buy, something you'd like for your homeschool week, or to stop the free emails. The unsubscribe link at the bottom of every one works too.
Handy before you write
- Your receipt comes from Creem, our merchant of record, since they take the payment. Your files download right after you pay.
- The Spelling Year's pages print on US Letter at Actual size, or on A4 with Fit. Black and white printing works.
- How refunds work is on the refunds page, and what we keep about you is on the privacy page.
Mail you send us is kept so we can answer it, and it's never sold or shared.
